Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At I Am Massage & Wellness LLC, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policies.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required when scheduling your appointment through PocketSuite. This deposit reserves your appointment time and is applied toward your service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the required deposit.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment. The full service fee may still apply.

Emergencies

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations occur. When possible, exceptions may be made at the discretion of I Am Massage & Wellness.
